To earn CEU's from the ISA you must read an article and take a test after you have read it.  There are two options for the test: 
     1.  At the end of the article, click on the word TEST and you will go automatically to the test page.
     2.  You may request the tests as a Word document that you can save and then return the completed tests to me by email.

Each test contains 10 multiple choice questions that are related to the article.   You must get at least 80% in order to receive 0.5 certification credits.  During either test taking process you will also become automatically enrolled as a member of the Seminars.  At the end of each month, your test scores will be emailed to the ISA.

 

When starting a test, in the first box, be sure to enter your email address.  There is no way to contact you if you fail to fill in this box or you make an error in the email address.  

 
In the second box, fill in your name, followed by your ISA cert number, and specialty if you want the CEU applied to it.  Be sure to use your name as is on file with the ISA. 

After you answer the questions, if you are using option 1, click on "submit".  For security purposes, when you press the submit key at the end of the test, it is emailed to a special email address hidden within the Seminars framework. The Administrator has the only access to that email address. It contains only test scores, the test name, and the information you added in the two boxes.   After you answer the questions using option 2, save the test document in your computer and then email the test document as an attachment, back to me at lenphillips@yahoo.com.

 

I will send your test scores to the ISA, at the end of every month.  The ISA will post your earned CEU's on their website within 4 - 6 weeks after they receive your test scores from Online Seminars.   

If you have submitted a test without your name and realize it after you submit it, contact me immediately and let me know which test you took.  I will want to see your test to give you the credit and since I check the tests every day, only those tests with the correct information will be recorded.  If you wait a few days to notify me, the blank named test will have been deleted.  Then your only option is to take the test again. 

If you fail a test with option 1, you will have to retake the test on a different computer.  Generally, the test software will not allow retakes.  Using a different computer bypasses the software problem.

CaUFC-CEU’s will be issued upon request.  Send an email to me before the end of the month for those test scores you wish to be sent to CaUFC.

ASCA members need only forward their ISA-CEU report to obtain their ASCA-CEU credits, one for one.
